　　Liangzhu Culture is a prosperous Neolithic culture around Tai Lake near Yangzi River, can be traced back to 5300~4000 ago. The name of it is according to the place Yuhang Liangzhu Town where this culture is discovered first time. Advanced stone tools,unique style black potteries and elegant jade articles all show the magic power of the eastern civilization.

　　During half century’s discovery and research, we found many type sites of Liangzhu Culture such as village, tomb, sacrificial altar and huge architecture site, etc. in Liangzhu and Pingyao Town of Yuhang district. Many congs, bi-discs and axes have being found in Fanshan Site, Yaoshan Site, Huiguanshan Site,etc. since 1980’s. These jade articles reach the peak of prehistoric jade culture.
